1/ Candle storage
Candles should be stored in a cool,dark and dry place.Excessive temperature or direct sunlight will cause the surface to melt,which will affect the degree of fragrance dispersion of the candle,resulting in insufficient fragrance dispersion when lit.
2/ Light the candle
Before lighting the candle,trim the wick of the candle to 5mm-8mm;when burning the candle for the first time,please continue burning for 2-3 hours;the candle has a “burning memory”.The wax is heated evenly.the surface is completely melted,and thereafter the burning will only be limited to the periphery of the candle wick.
3/ Increase burning time
Always pay attention to keeping the length of the candle wick at 5mm-8mm.Trimming the candle wick can help the candle burn evenly and prevent black smoke from burning and soot on the candle cup.
4/ Extinguish the candle
Always remember,don’t blow out candles with your mouth!Not only will this damage the candle,it will also produce black smoke,turning the wonderful aroma of the scented candle into a smoky smell.
You can use a candle extinguisher to extinguish the candle,or use a candle extinguishing hook tool to dip the candle wick into clam oil;
Do not extinguish the candle when it is less than 8mm,just wait until the candle is completely burned out.
5/ Candle safety
Be sure not to leave candles unattended;
Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets;
Protect you furniture by not placing candles directly on top of it.
